Classic Cold Care Tea 25 grams
Ingredients: Yarrow, Peppermint, Elderflower
Ingredients (latin): Achillea millefolium, Mentha piperita, Sambucus nigra
Country of origin: Finland (Elderflower from Germany)
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Directions: Pour one cup of boiled water over 1-2 tsp of herbs. Steep 5-8 minutes. Strain. Add honey or sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
