I really love the taste of this tea and it is my favorite one to drink for any occasion. Originally I created this as an after-dinner tea to harmonize digestion.  It contains carminative herbs which help to digest heavy foods and eliminate gas.  Fireweed leaf has a traditional use in Finland as a digestive aid.  But the flavor of this tea is so yummy that I drink it anytime, not only after dinner.

Harmony Tea 25 grams

Ingredients: Tulsi, Anise Hyssop, Fireweed, Fennel, Anise, Orange peel, Licorice root

Ingredients (latin): Ocimum spp., Agastache foeniculum, Chamaenerion angustifolium, Foeniculum vulgare, Pimpinella anisum, Citrus sinensis, Glycyrrhiza glabra

Country of origin: Finland (Tulsi, Orange Peel from Germany) Not recommended for pregnant women.

Long term use not recommended for those with hypertension.

Directions: Pour one cup of boiled water over 1-2 tsp of herbs. Steep 5-8 minutes. Strain. Add honey or sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
